Shipping Policy
At Fruitful® we want your supplements to reach you quickly, safely and with as little stress as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across South Africa. If you live in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer but we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you without delay.
Delivery Times
• Main Centres (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 working days
• Outlying Areas: 3–7 working days
We’ll send you tracking details once your parcel is on the way, so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery: R100 flat rate
Free Delivery: On all orders over R1200
Express: R150
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or over weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
Couriers
We partner with trusted courier services who specialise in nationwide delivery.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any trouble tracking your order, our customer support team will be happy to assist.
Delays
We do our best to meet the delivery timeframes above, but occasionally courier delays
happen due to factors outside our control (such as weather or strikes). If your order is
delayed, we’ll keep you updated and make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
