At Fruitful® we want you to feel completely confident in your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. 

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our supplements. If you’re not fully satisfied with your 
purchase, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll offer a refund, replacement or credit, whichever works best for you. 

Returns 
• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full 
refund or exchange. 
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. 
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used 
supplements, unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee. 
Refunds 
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your 
original payment method within 7 working days. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. you 
received the wrong product or a damaged item). 
Exchanges 
• If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we’ll replace it free of charge. 
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange this 
quickly. 


How to Arrange a Return or Claim the Guarantee 
1. Email us at hello@fruitfulvitamins.co.za with your order number and details of the 
issue. 
2. Our team will confirm next steps and provide return instructions if needed. 
3. Pack your items securely and send them back using the courier details we provide (if 
a return is required). 


Damaged or Missing Parcels 
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve it promptly.
